Gate + Gather is designed to hold real seller and customer information — and no more than that.

Seller information: name, email, phone, business or Gate details, location and potentially pickup address, payment-account information and status, orders and subscription details.

Customer information: name, email, phone where needed, order details, pickup or delivery information and payment-related information.

The full privacy policy explains what we collect, why, who receives it, where and how it is stored, how long we retain it, your access and correction rights, cookies and analytics, service providers, security, our privacy contact, and how changes to the policy are handled.

Gate + Gather processes personal information in line with New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020.
