Seller Policy

Gate + Gather is built for independent growers selling plants and related products to their communities.

We ask sellers to keep it simple:

Only list products that you are legally allowed to possess, grow, propagate and sell in New Zealand.

Photos, names, descriptions, quantities, sizes, condition and availability should accurately represent what your customer will receive.

You choose your own prices. Prices must be genuine, clearly displayed and not misleading or exploitative.

If you also sell through markets, social media, roadside stalls or elsewhere, update your Gate when stock changes.

Honour confirmed orders and the pickup, delivery and payment arrangements shown on your Gate.

Buyers and sellers should communicate respectfully and act in good faith.

By opening your Gate, you confirm that the products you list are legal to sell, accurately described and permitted under the Gate + Gather Seller Policy.
